PCC2 Substation Retrofit Project included:

  • Retrofit of existing Main-tie-main switchgear/unit substation.
  • Main-generator-tie-generator-main switchgear/unit substation with auto-transfer system, and closed-transition generator synchronizing, paralleling, and load control system..
  • 480V distribution in building, including five 25000 SF (4° C) cold rooms, which store the majority of the site’s product.
  • Component testing, integrated testing, commissioning services.

SOP/Training Project included:

  • Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all site substations.
  • End-User training for onsite engineering/operations/maintenance staff.

Site-Wide Power System Study Project included:

Coordination, short-circuit, and arc flash study for entire campus.
Over 4,000 electrical system components.
